A Keynote Speaker, Author, past Board Member and a C-level builder of Teams and Businesses. Previous roles and P&L experience in Sales, Marketing, General Management, Training, Distribution, Manufacturing, Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Executive Compensation and Administration in the Health Care, Media, Sports and Entertainment, Private Equity, Management Consulting and Retail industry segments in both Fortune 100 and entrepreneurial settings.
Balancing all of this out is a history of active community and social involvement as a Volunteer, Mentor or Board Member for various businesses and non- profit organizations. A regular contributor to business related topics and posts on LinkedIn and (business) Facebook as well as authorship of an inspirational book in 2012 and a new release about Talent Acquisition “The Only Four Interview Questions You’ll Ever Need (to find the right people every time)” in November of 2020.
Humbled and honored by an invitation from The Center For Accountable Leaders (TCAL) in late 2019 to contribute my video history and comments on business, life, family and purpose to their on-line video library.
My professional career has afforded me many opportunities to work with market leading companies, great ‘brands’ and exceptional people. For all of that and all of those people, I am eternally grateful.
Past Projects
The ability to quickly assess organizational, market and people needs and to then develop plans, timeframes and measurable outcomes have defined virtually my entire professional career.
